Dec 13th, 2011

Almost half way done with this challenge. And I say challenge strongly, because it has been tough in some ways. I've had to watch my portions, and also refuse bad cravings. It's super hard whenever the husband and kiddos are snacking.. but I'm doing it. Whenever I do give in.. thankfully I have some Fat Fighters to help me out. It's hard during the holidays to not give in.. and I'm proud of how well I have done.
We're currently out of town because on the 16th I'll be having Lasik eye surgery. So we're visiting my inlaws since they live in the town where it will be taking place. We've gone out to eat a couple of times, and good thing I can find healthier eating items on the menus.
Onto Christmas holidays & New Years! So ready for FLORIDA!!

Motivation
• This week, I was proud when… I skipped out on the candy late at night with the husband & kiddos.
• This week, overall, I felt… great! I take my Vitals with all my other supplements, and I can tell whenever I miss my Vitals oddly enough.
• My goal for this week was…Did you accomplish your goal? Watch portion control, yes! I believe I'm doing great at watching my portions and not going back for more!
Why or why not?
• My goal for next week is… continue to watch portions.
• Did you overcome any obstacles this week? Stated above, when the husband was eating chocolate! Phew..
• What did you do to overcome a lack of motivation? Pushed through it, and kept the end results in sight!

• Do you find it difficult or easy to exercise? Why? Easy.. its becoming a good habit.
• How did the products make you feel this week? Good. I think adding the Vitals with all my other supplements has shown a great improvement with how I feel.

I KNEW with me not caving last night to eat some candy while the husband was eating kit-kats would work out for me! I was soooo wanting some chocolate candy last night, ahh.. almost caved. BUT I stuck with it, and didn't give in!
I woke up to a NEW number on the scale! One that I haven't seen in over 2 years! SOOO totally excited. Not much further now from my goal weight. I will do it, I WILL do it!!

Dec 7th, 2011

Little over 3 weeks in! The past few days have not been good for me. Husband finished up school this semester, and with him being home all day has not been the best for me and "getting fit". So.. it's a new day.. and I WILL do good!
Turned in measurements on Monday night though. All are the same as the previous week, and weight went down as well. So that's good!


Motivation
• This week, I was proud when… not very proud this week. I ate junk food with the husband and kids, so pretty let down.
• This week, overall, I felt… down. I will do better starting today!
• My goal for this week was…Did you accomplish your goal?

• My goal for next week is… eat better. Be stronger, don't give into temptations!

• How many days did you exercise this week? 2 :( Bad me.
Approximately how long was each workout? 30 minutes
• Do you find it difficult or easy to exercise? Why? Hard.. I usually do my exercise with my husband at school.. and it's "me" time. With him out of school for the Christmas break I have got to come up with a new schedule.
• How did the products make you feel this week? I forgot to take some supplements this week.  :( Whenever I remember to take them I feel so much more alert, and attentive to things.. so I have no clue how I forget to take them. The way they make me feel should encourage me to take them!
