Here we are.. day 2. Day 2 has not been good.. my household has been sick.. and this morning I woke up late, not hungry. I skipped breakfast and my snack.. and then ate lunch. I hope that doesn't mess anything up :/
For lunch I had a chicken, lettuce & spinach salad. Pretty delicious! But I've always been a salad person.. love it! Only difference now is.. no ranch dressing.. AND the salads actually keep me full longer. Benefit of all the supplements I'm taking I'm sure. I also just had a Essential bar. I've heard bad stuff about it.. but I loved it!
I can barely move my arms today after my workout last night. We have a DVD workout to do every other night.. phew. Carla kicked my butt. She is the FIT coach. BUT her abs are def enough motivation that I need! She rocks!
Good news.. I'm down 1.6 lbs from yesterday! Woot!! That's so exciting! Ready to see what is to come at the end of this week!!
