My measurements for this month did not make me happy, along with my weight.. BUT it gives me more motivation to do good this week!
Today for lunch was baked tilapia, along with spinach/lettuce salad. Pretty tasty and it is nice knowing that I'm in control again and eating better. After I got the littlest kiddo to nap I did my DVD workout, and it never fails Carla kicks my butt! It was much needed though.

waist: 30.5
hips: 37.5
arms: 10.5 10.5
thighs: 21.5 21.5
Everything was the same except for my dang hips/butt. Thank you Thanksgiving. Ha.. I'll get it off + more this week though. I'm determined to look hot in my dress at Conference! :)
